We had our second child on Monday of last week.   It is a bit of an understatement to say that I (not my wonderful wife) forgot all that goes in to getting a brand new baby up and running.

That explains the recent absence partially.  Right now, I am getting caught up on some pressing matters, and will post some actual work-related content in the next couple of days.

In the meantime, let me acknowledge that my alma mater, Mississippi State University, is ranked for the first time in ten years, at No. 24, after beating the Florida Gators!  Go Dawgs!

As for the Broncos, they at least looked competitive against the Jets.  I don’t want to hear any whining about the pass interference play.  You can’t grab a facemask; simple as that.  Now, whether pass interference should be 15 yards or the spot of the foul is a different subject altogether.  One way or the other, we didn’t get jobbed.  If we could have moved the ball a little better, maybe our kicker isn’t out there kicking 60 yard field goals all day long and we don’t have to worry about an end of game hail Mary.

Anyway, wish me luck over the next several weeks, as Baby 2 gets rolling.

Cheers,

Andrew
