Our firm recently experienced a very satisfying win in the courtroom on an “Unreasonable Delay/Denial of Insurance Benefits” claim under Colorado statute 10-3-1115 and 10-3-1116, after nearly a year of litigation, as well as various motions for post-judgment relief from the Defendant.  The statutory claim we were successful with is a type of “bad faith” case, which we are seeing more and more of.

I don’t want to talk too specifically about the case, as it is still ongoing in some respects.  But, if you are getting the run-around from your own insurance company after making a claim for benefits, give me a call and I will fill you in on the details of our case and how it might apply to your case.
